CONSEQUENCES FOR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR:

Apple on chart changes to yellow-warning

Apple on chart changes to green-conference with the teacher and time out or miss 5 minutes playtime

Apple on chart changes to blue-time out or miss 10 minutes playtime and a note sent to parents

(some behavior will result in student immediately being place in time out and a note being sent home)

SEVERE CONSEQUENCES:

Send to another class for time out

Send to office

EVERYDAY EACH CHILD’S RECORD IS WIPED CLEAN FOR A NEW AND FRESH START!

Good apple reports will be sent home on the calendar in student’s folder.
